Stock Sync is a 3rd party application that can be added to a Shopify store. For the most success, we recommend installing this for a nominal fee. Stock Sync will sync up your store inventory with Global Crafts to prevent oversells. In addition, it offers a way to add and update products for the Global Crafts catalog. To keep your inventory accurate and synchronized with Global Crafts, follow these simple steps:
How to Set Up Stock Sync with Global Crafts (B2B) – Quick Guide
1. Install the Stock Sync App
• Go to your Shopify admin.
• Visit the Shopify App Store and search for Stock Sync.
• Install the app on your store.
2. Create a New Feeds of Global Craft in Stock Sync - Add Feed
• Go to the Stock Sync Dashboard section.
Click on "Create New Feed"" and select "Add" - to add new products into the store* **
• Search for "Global Craft" and select it, then Confirm to Proceed
• Same process for Update Feed
• There are NO other settings need to be made. Only the steps mentioned because it is preset template.
3. Set Your Sync Schedule
• Choose how often you’d like inventory updates (e.g., every 1 hour, daily).
• Click "Save & Run" to start syncing.
4. Test the Sync
• Run a test sync with one product to verify everything works.
• Check your Shopify store to confirm stock and price updates.
